Current Listings:

Electrical and Automation Engineer:

Custom Powder Systems, LLC is currently searching for an Electrical and Automation Engineer. The incumbent will be responsible for automation projects throughout the entire project cycle. This will include control design, and preparing electrical drawings, P&IDs, wiring schematics, component layout drawings, and generating BOMs in AutoCad Electrical. The incumbent must be experienced in the application and troubleshooting of a wide variety of electrical and electronic devices, and be proficient with Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI programming. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technologies with over 3 years of experience. Other candidates with sufficient experience will also be considered.

Grinder Finisher:

The incumbent will be responsible for reading and interpreting instructions from blueprints or other specifications to produce a finished product. They will be experienced in performing a grit finish test within acceptable range with RA meter as required by project specifications and within suggested time frame of a project and with efficient use of consumables. They will collect data and communicate with team members to ensure that tasks are completed within the correct time frame. Applicants must be willing to follow company safety guidelines and adhere to daily work schedules.

Field Service Technician:

Custom Powder Systems, LLC is currently searching for a Field Service Technician. The incumbent will be responsible for performing and executing functional testing and site installation, testing, startup and commissioning activities.

The ideal candidate will have five years on-the-job training and the ability to test and commission industrial equipment, have experience with AB PLCs and VFDs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. They will have an understanding of industrial machinery that includes building, wiring, and plumbing.

Welder:

We are currently searching for experienced Welder Fabricators. The incumbent will be responsible for reading and interpreting instructions from blueprints or other specifications to produce a finished product. They will be experienced in Mig, Tig, and Pulse welding, collecting data, and communicating with team members to ensure that tasks are completed within the correct time frame. Applicants must be willing to follow company safety guidelines, adhere to daily work schedules, and should be proficient with and have their own tools.
