Mechanical Design Engineer
Custom Powder Systems, LLC is currently searching for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer. Qualified individuals would be responsible for creating designs and detailed drawings of equipment to comply with customer requirements by interpreting specifications and preparing computer-assisted materials to translate requirements for customers and production.

Professional Senior Sales Executive
Custom Powder Systems, LLC is currently searching for an experienced Professional Senior Sales Executive. Qualified individuals will be responsible for generating sales of equipment and systems. We are looking for 3-5 years of experience with Engineer-to-Order in the manufacturing environment. Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology curriculum.
Incumbents must demonstrate sales knowledge to conceptualize system designs for specific client applications, and estimate and prepare sales proposals for clients. Individuals must have the ability to read blueprints, and demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills. In addition, prospects must travel to customer sites and attend industry trade shows while having a strong understanding of Microsoft Office products to develop and maintain sales forecasts and goals.
Grinder/Finishers
We are currently searching for experienced Grinders. The incumbent will be responsible for reading and interpreting instructions from blueprints or other specifications to produce a finished product. The incumbent will have experience grinding stainless bins and equipment, collecting data, and communicating with team members to ensure that tasks are completed within the correct timeframe. Applicants must be willing to follow company safety guidelines, adhere to daily work schedules and should be proficient with and have their own tools.
Manual Machinist
Custom Powder Systems is currently searching for an experienced machinist. This team member will be responsible for the production of quality equipment in accordance with work instructions, engineering drawings, specifications, and company policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in machining and fabricating machine components using the following machine tools: assisting with shear, press brake, waterjet, and using a manual vertical mill and engine lathe. The member will have experience in the fabricating and finishing of equipment, read and interpret instructions from blueprints, be able to perform tasks as assigned, utilize proper procedures and policies, collect data, and communicate with team members to ensure that tasks are completed within the correct timeframe. Applicants must be willing to follow company safety guidelines, adhere to daily work schedules, and be self-motivated, have strong organizational skills, be forward and innovative thinkers. Applicants should be proficient with and have their own tools. We offer heated and airconditioned shops.
Welder/Fabricator
We are currently searching for experienced Welder Fabricators. The incumbent will be responsible for reading and interpreting instructions from blueprints or other specifications to produce a finished product. They will experience Mig, Tig, and Pulse welding, collecting data, and communicating with team members to ensure that tasks are completed within the correct time frame. We offer benefits and an air-conditioned shop. Candidates must be available to perform a welding test, they will also need to pass a drug test and physical before being hired. Applicants must be willing to follow company safety guidelines, adhere to daily work schedules, and should be proficient with and have their own tools.
